On the 9th and 10th of May My Customer World Forum & Expo is taking place. Probably, it is the biggest event on the subject of customer service and organized communication in Poland. Tide Software would like to invite to the event as the expert and the exhibitor.

My Customer World Forum & Expo is being organized by the foundation Polskie Forum Call Center, inspired by clients’ experience. During the event over 45 expert performances focused on customer service and communication are planned to take place. It will be possible to meet over 30 exhibitors. The foundation estimates that over 400 people seeking knowledge and inspiration will visit MCW.

Tide Software Participation in MCW
Tide Software is going to be not only the exhibitor in the Expo area but also the Forum expert. It is especially important distinction for us since speakers are chosen from entries by the event’s programme board. We are going to speak about the increasing of the “contactibility” with clients via various channels and about challenges arising from it. One of such challenges is managing of reputation of a phone number. During the lecture we are going to present various indicators helpful in benchmarking.
