At PRCH’s invitation Tide Software took part in the Round Table talks on self-regulation in the area of marketing communication in the country.
The Initiative of the Advertising Council
The Mission of the Advertising Council is caring about the message to be honest and consistent with the Code of Ethics in Advertising. The Union of Associations Advertising Council is one of the pioneers in self-regulation in Poland. For that reason the Council initiated an inter-branch discussion on ethics in advertising and self-regulation in this area.
The PRCH’s Invitation
As the member of the Polish Council of Shopping Centres and as the supplier of solutions supporting marketing activities, Tide Software received the invitation to take part in the Round Table talks on self-regulation in the area of marketing communication.
Practical Tips
On average, annually there are 1 billion of email messages sent through the TideMail service, 0.5 billion of text messages sent through the TideMobile service and up to 0.4 billion of voice calls generated. On the basis of such a great endeavour, Tide Software can define the standards of marketing activities conducted through such channels as SMS, email or voice as well as indicate good practices and identify mistakes.
Time Frame
The Union of Associations Advertising Council is the member of the EASA Alliance – the union of self-regulating organizations, since 2006. The system has worked in the marketing industry for ten years. The project of the implementation of self-regulation in advertising in different industries started in October 2017.
