The current conditions of remote working has changed the business reality. Plenty of companies suddenly had to face the challenge of rebuilding their operations and services, sometimes even the functioning of the firm.
The changes in the country induced also us to create new tools. Why? The reason is simple – we, ourselves, needed them. We had to improve our team management and customer service in the home office mode.
In response to these needs our programming team urgently started to work on several new tools and services which could be helpful. We tested and implemented them, checking their running in practice in our own environment. They aced the exam and turned out to be highly supportive. That is why we decided to share them with our clients. Today, we are releasing this free e-book to tell you what proved to be helpful for us and our clients.
