On the 27th of October, during the Practical Events dark banquet, Tide Software experts will read Tarot and present trends influencing the debt collection industry.

During a lecture Tide Software experts will discuss how technology influences consumers’ behaviour and expectations. The subject of the era of “busyness” will be raised as well. How to reach a client if people do not have enough time in general?
