18th-19th of November in Warsaw Expo XXI will be held the sixth edition of the Exhibition of Equipment, Technology and Services for Retail - RetailShow. We invite you to visit stand G01 and listen our speech in Retail Innovations Theatre where we will present the modern tools of communication with customers.
RetailShow Exhibition
This is the biggest, international event in Central and Eastern Europe, which hosted over 4 thousand guests and exhibitors in 2014. Exhibitors will present their new products and solutions needed to equip and arrange commercial points. There will be also developers and distributors of information systems for such fields of retail commerce as: purchase, sales, marketing, logistics and accounting, as well as e-commerce and m-commerce. Our company will present complex services, which supports communication with customers via SMS, email and voice calls.
The Perfect Store
Just like last year, where will be an opportunity to visit the model store designed according to the latest trends. The Perfect Store will be in the hub of the exhibition hall, near our G01 stand. Solutions of miscellaneous companies will be shown in real conditions.
Presentation in the Retail Innovations Theatre
During the presentation (the first day of the fair, at 11.15) we will show how to communicate effectively with retail customers via SMS and email. We will discuss the best practices of specific clothing and footwear brands, as well as services companies. We will present implemented by them ideas on how to encourage customers to purchase, the principles of intelligent communication channel bonding, the role of dynamic content and geotargeting. We will show also powerful tools to boost mailing databases and manage them in accordance with the guidelines of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection in Poland and to improve the quality of the information collected.
