Tide Software Takes Over the Clients of Call Center Tools Inc.

The Polish company Tide Software Ltd. signed a contract of assignment with Call Center Tools Inc., listed on NewConnect market. According to its terms, Tide Software company took over contracts of several dozen of clients from the financial industry – mainly banks, debt collection agencies and consumer finance companies. Together with the clients, the personnel responsible for customer service in Call Center Tools joined the company’s crew.
In recent years two trends could be observed among integrators of telecommunication services: a breakdown or a takeover of a company by foreign groups. The November takeover of the majority of contracts earlier managed by Call Center Tools Inc. by Tide Software, the company operating since over ten years, contradicted this tendency.
”The cession of CC Tools clients is undoubtedly a chance for further development. Until now our telecommunication services were used by, among others, three out of five biggest Polish banks and six out of ten biggest debt collection agencies. Now these numbers will naturally grow, which gives us the opportunity to strengthen our market position among companies from the financial industry.” – says Janusz Pytlak, the vice-president of Tide Software.
The takeover carries benefits for the former clients of Call Center Tools Inc. as well. The firms gain not only a continuation of foregoing services but also the accessibility to a wider range of tools since the portfolio of Tide Software includes Omnichannel communication both via SMS and MMS as well as VMS, e-mail, voice and videochat.
“We guarantee our clients a comprehensive help in B2B and B2C communication. For this purpose we created the contact center application and a modern system of rotation of GSM and landline numbers. Moreover, we continually develop our services. Currently, we are focusing on possibilities which the artificial intelligence and algorithms of machine learning give. Their implementation in Tide Software predictive dialler enables achieving spectacular effects.” – says Tomasz Michalski, the president of Tide Software.
It is already the second big initiative of Tide Software this month. At the beginning of November together with 19 other entities from the sector of electronic communications for business the company established Employers Association of Electronic Communications Industry. The Association gathers companies representing about 90 percent of the mass SMS communication market in Poland and aims at expanding knowledge about mobile technology in business, conducting research on the market and effective using of new technologies.
