On 3-4 November 2016 the 3th edition of the November Credit & Collection Days took place and it attracted more than 260 participants.
Participants and subject matter
The NCCD conference is addressed to the representatives of the debt collection, banking, manufacturing, IT, advisory, business intelligence and BIG industries. The two-day conference covered three thematic panels: macroeconomic perspectives and working capital management, key drivers in modern receivables management, and legal aspects of receivables management. Just like every year, the event was also a great opportunity to exchange professional experiences.
Debates
At the conference did not lack the debates of experts on international debt management and on credit risk management. Numerous legislative comments were supplemented by the debate of lawyers who represented, among others, the Polish Bank Association and the Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw.
Conversations
Representatives of Tide Software discussed with conference participants about the benefits of the complex communication, that is used for debt recovery purposes. They showed how to increase the contact with the debtor by up to 25% thanks to the various communication channels (SMS, VMS, email), number dialing and predictive dialer. It has become a tradition to sponsor attractive prizes for the conference participants. This time, at the lottery, Tide Software gave away a high-end multimedia projector for projection 2 and 3D (great for home cinema), a photo printer, and a multi-function office device from EPSON.
Winners also received Tide vouchers to see how to better collect debts and communicate with customers through advanced telecommunications services.
