“Walk into the New Year Like a Boss!” – we took this saying to heart. Together with the debt collection industry, bailiffs and law firms we decided to start the year 2019 with a bang. On the 17th of January we will be “masking” at the Debt Collection Ball organized by Practical Events in Wrocław.
Our crew willingly engages in charity actions of various kind. In 2017 we supported children from Foundation “Pomóż Im”. Whereas this year, we decided to help doggies from the animal hospice Staruszkowo. We could offer our support within the 2nd edition of the action “Zostań Psim Aniołem” (Eng. “Be an Angel for Dogs”) organized by Joanna Krupa and the company LoanMe.
The Polish company Tide Software Ltd. signed a contract of assignment with Call Center Tools Inc., listed on NewConnect market. According to its terms, Tide Software company took over contracts of several dozen of clients from the financial industry – mainly banks, debt collection agencies and consumer finance companies. Together with the clients, the personnel responsible for customer service in Call Center Tools joined the company’s crew.
The representatives of the fashion industry met at Fashion Business Congress in Łódź for the tenth time already. The motto of this year’s edition was “Effective E-commerce in Fashion” and, therefore, we keenly participated in the event. We could present modern solutions facilitating communication with clients to people from the online sales industry. The Congress took place on the 25th of October in the stylish interiors of Grohman’s Factory.
On the 20th of November in Łódź the conference of the MCW City series is taking place. Tide Software will take on the role of an expert, both during the original presentation as well as during the panel discussion. Together we will immerse into the clients’ world to get to know their needs better. Afterwards, we will show an unusual way to communicate with them.
