ReDI 2019 – Tide Software for Retail

The most important fair-conference event, dedicated to development of business in the commercial real estate industry – #ReDI2019 Conference x Exhibition, is ahead of us. On the 29th and 30th of May we invite you to Praga Koneser Centre in Warsaw to get a substantial dose of knowledge and inspiration. We are going to be there as well and will gladly share our experience in supporting communication with clients of sales networks and retailers.

Debt Collection 2019

May is a really busy time for us if it comes to participation in conferences, meetings and workshops of a various kind. There is a lot going on on the map of the industry events and we willingly take part in them to share our knowledge and experiences. The next event – the conference Debt Collection 2019, this time organized by Golden Solutions, is ahead of us. Among speakers there are representatives of mBank S.A., the Court Executive Officer of Warsaw-Wola District Court in Warsaw, PZU S.A., Vivus Finance sp. z o.o., EOS & M. Witoń Kancelaria Prawna sp.k. and of course, Tide Software.

MCW 2019 Even Greater

The next edition of MCW is ahead of us. On the 20th and 21st of May in Łódź we are meeting again at one of a kind event inspired by Customers' experiences - My Customer World Forum & Experience 2019. With great pleasure we can boast of the fact that this year Tide Software has joined the Programme Board of the project.

We’re Teaching at Technological Breakfast

As Tide Software we willingly share our knowledge and experience with other companies. With a great pleasure together with PZZW (Polski Związek Zarządzania Wierzytelnościami) and the company VSoft S.A. we have engaged in the next project – Technological Breakfast, the meeting which is the ground to exchange experiences between entrepreneurs from the financial sector and the IT industry. On the 16th of May we are meeting in Wrocław to talk, e.g. about benign influence of skip tracing on restricted contact with a debtor.

Tide Software Report #Reaching Clients on the Phone

In April we launched the first Tide Software report, which contains the newest data, including this from the first quarter of 2019. Conclusions from the analysis of above 800m phone calls from the past 1,5 year can be found there. The report presents statistics concerning reaching Clients on the phone in the following industries: loans, debt-collection, bank debt-collection and call center. You can also find there a handful of valuable advice on improving the factor.
