MCW 2019 Even Greater

The next edition of MCW is ahead of us. On the 20th and 21st of May in Łódź we are meeting again at one of a kind event inspired by Customers' experiences - My Customer World Forum & Experience 2019. With great pleasure we can boast of the fact that this year Tide Software has joined the Programme Board of the project.

We’re Teaching at Technological Breakfast

As Tide Software we willingly share our knowledge and experience with other companies. With a great pleasure together with PZZW (Polski Związek Zarządzania Wierzytelnościami) and the company VSoft S.A. we have engaged in the next project – Technological Breakfast, the meeting which is the ground to exchange experiences between entrepreneurs from the financial sector and the IT industry. On the 16th of May we are meeting in Wrocław to talk, e.g. about benign influence of skip tracing on restricted contact with a debtor.

Tide Software Report #Reaching Clients on the Phone

In April we launched the first Tide Software report, which contains the newest data, including this from the first quarter of 2019. Conclusions from the analysis of above 800m phone calls from the past 1,5 year can be found there. The report presents statistics concerning reaching Clients on the phone in the following industries: loans, debt-collection, bank debt-collection and call center. You can also find there a handful of valuable advice on improving the factor.

A month ago we became the sponsor of a youth football team from Piaseczno. Now the time for next actions for local communities has come. Supporting young athletes, we could not omit the capital of Podlasie, where the second division of our crew is located.
