In Tide Software we attach a great significance to supporting local communities. We willingly engage in initiatives helping not only residents but also institutions and organizations from regions that are closest to us. Podlasie is the heart of our company and that is why we happily started the cooperation with one of the best technical universities in the north-eastern Poland – Bialystok University of Technology.
Research and Development Activities
Bialystok University of Technology has at its disposal a high quality apparatus, perfectly equipped laboratories and what is the most important, ambitious academic staff. We are looking forward to cooperation in interesting scientific as well as research and development projects. We hope that common projects will turn out to be fruitful. Within the scope of cooperation in research and development Tide Software committed to support the university in: searching for resources to fulfil common efforts, initiating research and development projects, providing substantive and technical help, preparing the infrastructure adequate to fulfilling common projects as well as commercializing the results of their work.
Activities in Educating Students
The mission of our company is inseparably connected with people and their knowledge. Our team and its experience constitute the biggest value for Tide Software. We proudly engage in supporting students of Bialystok University of Technology both in possibilities to complete a three-month internship as well as to begin a constant cooperation after finishing the apprenticeship. Internship and practice programme in Tide Software in Białystok is dedicated to the best students of the 3rd, the 4th and the 5th year of studies of IT profile. It involves: coding.NET, Angular, SQL and SQL databases.
Additionally, within the cooperation with Bialystok University of Technology Tide Software committed to support the University in leading seminars, giving lectures and organising workshops for students. Common activities will also concentrate on: the organisation of fairs, academic conferences and contests for the students as well as candidates.
The actions the company and the University also intend to take in the future focus on the creation of a programme in the form of the IT student research group to be organised in secondary schools in the region.
