Call Center Ambassador is a contest which is organized continuously since three years. The organizers aim at rewarding the best telemarketers, companies and managers who have contributed to the promotion of the contact center industry. This year’s 4th edition of the contest could not be missed by Tide Software.
Tide Teddy and the Statuette for Transcom
Tide Software follows the development of the contact center industry for years. What is more, we created solutions dedicated for the industry. It was therefore a special pleasure for us to present the award in the category „Company” to laureates - Transcom Worldwide Poland. Jury recognized their efforts focused not only on gaining new clients but also on educating the market. Tide Software handed them the statuette and a new member of the crew – Tide Teddy, a plush teddy which immediately stole the hearts of the winning team and settled into their office for good.

Undoubtedly, one of the most effective ways of promoting the contact center industry is gathering recommendations of satisfied workers who become ambassadors. That is why the organizers of the contest (Belocal Polska Sp. z o.o. and Via Media) decided to create Call Center Ambassador – to recognize the best telemarketers, companies and managers who have contributed to the popularization of knowledge and to the promotion of the contact center industry as well as of the profession of a media consultant.
