The conference that was dedicated to management of delated payment relationships took place on 19-20 October. Tide Software experts conducted a presentation which was highly rated by the participants.
Participants and experience exchange
The main topics of the two-day conference were: pre-collection, customer service, skip tracing, analyzing ways to improve efficiency of reaching the client, monitoring payments, verifying counterparts and running negotiations with debt customers.The conference proved to be a good place to exchange experiences. Talking and making new relationships was easier thanks to the fact that the participants were sitting at the round tables. Additionally, the evening was filled with a meeting with a professional beer taster.
Tide Software presentation
Tide Software experts provided interesting statistic on the customer call rate, based on monthly traffic, that reaches approximately up to 100 million emails, 30 million SMS and 10 million voice calls. Data provided by Tide Software's telecommunication solutions allowed to compare different models of communication with the debtor, their effectiveness and costs. Conference participants spoke very highly of the Tide Software presentation and praised it as one of the best.
