Training program
The speakers will talk about the issues of recruiting the debt collection team and the advantages and disadvantages of commission systems. They will discuss the topics of team building and its motivation or conflict with the debtor. The training will be closed with the presentation of Tide Software experts who will show you how to easily reach the debtor, using the latest capabilities of telecommunication tools. Tide Software will also show the interesting statistics, including the chance to call from the mobile and landline numbers.
