On April 25th we are going to discuss new and current rules of the personal data protection in the aspect of omnichannel telecommunication and marketing activities. We invite you to join the conference in Warsaw.
Changes in law in 2018
As soon as 25 April, there will be a conference organized by Practical Events devoted to the preparation of the legal changes in the field of the personal data protection. 2018 is going to be the year of entry into the force of the European Data Protection Regulation (EDPR). Therefore, the new law will cover not only marketing activities, but also all other processes in companies where the data of the individuals is used. In some cases, we will be forced to obtain the new approvals for processing of the personal data from current customers. This means that the preparation for change should begin immediately.
Information systems and service providers under control
During the lecture, Tide Software experts will advise you on what to look for when choosing the service providers. They will make recommendations on the information systems where the personal data is stored, including systems for mass communication via SMS, email and voice calls.
Ideas
Based on the experience gained in working with banks, energy companies, loan companies, contact centers, etc., they will present the assumptions of cooperation between different companies and entrusting of their personal data. They will take into account the requirements of the EDPR as well as the KNF and UKE.
