Tide Software presented its services supporting communication with clients of retail stores at the National Stadium in Warsaw during ReDi Fairs. This is the second edition of this event organized by Polish Council of Shopping Centers.
The idea of ReDI
Retail Destination Initiative aspires to be the most important place where representatives of cities, tenants, developers and financial institutions operating and evolving on the Eastern and Central Europe markets can meet and debate. During this event we met over 1400 representatives of tenants, managers, investors and service providers.
Store chains with efficient TideMobile and TideEmail services
At fairs a bulk sms through TideMobile service and possibility of its integration with CRM/loyalty cash system or webpage was a widely discussed topic. This kind of integration allows to send a personalized content of SMS and indicates a specific time of sending, for example just after shopping, with thanks and account balance information in a loyalty programme. Another interesting SMS application is the customer satisfaction survey.
Email campaigns are a natural complement to the contact through SMS. These email campaigns are supported by TideEmail, with a high effectiveness regarding emails delivery.
Both services share tools facilitating the creation of clients’ databases: the integrated online form for webpage and Facebook and also the application for retailers.
Call center for individual retail client
Tide Software has presented its latest service: an intelligent info line which can recognize the calling client, analyse any important information with help of natural-sounding text-to-speech voices. For example at the time of opening the store nearby it enables to forward a caller to any phone number: to the selected store department or the member of the store staff.
